You can cancel your appointment anytime prior to the scheduled appointment time by emailing email@example.com or by contacting our office at 1-844-285-0055. For appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, please note that a $50 cancellation fee will apply. For cancellations without notice, or if you are unreachable at your scheduled appointment time, a $90 fee will apply. Cancellation fees are non-refundable. Additionally, if non-refundable specialty parts have been ordered and paid by MicroMech, you will be responsible for any applicable charges and will be billed at the time of cancellation. In most cases, parts can be returned without penalty.
Our expert mobile mechanics can be available from 8AM-8PM, seven days a week - including holidays. Our corporate headquarters and phone lines are open from 8AM-7PM MST, seven days a week.
As long as you have a driveway, parking space, garage, or other safe work space for one of our auto mechanics to work - we can service your vehicle at your location. We operate at privately owned residences, condominiums, apartments, office locations, and other safe work spaces. We do not operate on the side of the road.
Our licensed mechanics are able to perform all common maintenance and repair services at the comfort of your home or office. Although new to North America, mobile mechanics have been around in countries such as Australia since the early 80’s.
Not a problem. That’s what our professional auto mechanics are for! We will send a licensed mechanic to your location on a one hour diagnostic fee to inspect and diagnose the issue.
We will send a mechanic to your car with the proper tools and electronic diagnostic equipment to identify the issue with your car. CASE A - for some minor, the mechanic will be able to diagnose and repair the issue right on the spot - at no additional charge. CASE B - for larger issues, the mechanic will diagnose the problem and report back to MicroMech. We will provide you with a new quote for the required repair, and will book this at your convenience. We will never proceed with additional work without your approval.
Yes. All of our mechanics are fully certified, licensed, and insured. Our mechanics are all Journeyperson level Automotive Service Technicians (or equivalent), and have a minimum of ten years of experience working on cars. We thoroughly screen our mechanics, and work with less than five percent of the mechanic who apply to work with MicroMech.
No. If you live or work within our service area, you will not be charged a travel fee for the convenience of coming to you. If your location is outside of our service area, a travel fee will apply, and will be shown on your quote before booking your service.
Sorry! We do not accept cash or cheques at this time. Our mechanics focus on servicing your car, and not on collecting money on-site. We accept all major credit and visa debit cards. All payment is securely processed through our office using Stripe (https://stripe.com/ca).
Yes. We back our services with a 12 month / 20,000 km service warranty. We don’t expect any problems, but if anything happens, we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner, at no additional cost to you. You can review our Service Warranty in detail Here. Please note, warranty does not apply for customer supplied parts.
No! All of our services are warranty approved! For all vehicles under warranty or beyond, we stick strictly to your manufacturer’s maintenance schedule to help keep your vehicle running well. Due to consumer protection legislation in Canada, your car manufacturer cannot restrict who performs service on your car. In order to maintain your warranty, the maintenance schedule outlined by your manufacturer (or extended warranty provided) must be followed and documented, and performed by a qualified technician.
Our advisors and parts technicians are trained to select the correct and best suiting parts for your vehicle. We prefer to use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Original Equipment (OE) equivalent parts whenever possible. We also use aftermarket parts that often meet or exceed OEM specifications.
